Mini frittatas

Ingredients
3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 4 tbsp Milk, 3.25% 1 cup, shredded Swiss Cheese 2 serving potatoes- shredded hash browns simply potatoes (1/2 cup) 1 cup Spinach, frozen
Directions
Mix together all ingredients. Spoon ~2T into each mini tin cup (nearly full). Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 24 frittatas (small size, not regular muffin size)
