Margarine,1/4 cup Chopped onion, 3/4 cupWhite Rice, long grain, 1 cup Chicken Broth, 2 cups Chopped mushrooms, 1/2 cupChopped parsley, 1/2 cupSage, 1/4 tspWhite Wine, 1/3 cupParmesan Cheese, grated, 1/2 cup
Directions
Spray rice cooker with vegetable spray. Place all ingredients (except parmesan cheese) in rice cooker. Stir. Cover and cook until done. Stir in parmesan cheese.
