2.5 cup Oats, Quaker (1 cup dry oats) 1.5 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A 2 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 tsp Allspice .25 tsp Salt 1 tbsp Argo Cornstarch .25 cup Honey 2 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil .50 cup, quartered or chopped Apples, fresh with skin .50 cup, sliced Banana, fresh
in large bowl combine oats and milk ,cover and refrigerate 8-10 hours. preheat oven to 350, use small bowl, mix baking powder, cinnamon, allspice, salt and cornstarch. Add mixture to oats. Add honey and oil; gently fold ingredients to combine. Add apple and banana; gently fold
Lightly coat muffin tin with spray, fill 1/2 way. sprinkle with additional oats . Bake 35 to 37 min
