3 cup Spaghetti Squash 2 tbsp Olive Oil 2 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 3 cup Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce (tomato sauce) 6 tsp Garlic
Sauté mushrooms, onions, and garlic in olive oil until desired doneness.
Add precooked spaghetti squash (no oil when baked or cooked). And marinara sauce and cook until hot.
