Granny’s Cheesy Broccoli Soup

2 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese 4 oz Cream Cheese 16 fl oz Heavy Whipping Cream 2 tbsp Butter, unsalted 4 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh 3 clove Garlic 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 cup Kitchen Basics Unsalted Chicken Stock
Set pot on sauté and melt butter. Add onion and garlic. Sauté til onions are clear. Add broccoli, stock, salt and pepper to taste. Stir well. Close lid and set pot on pressure cook for 4 minutes. When done do a quick release, set pot to sauté again and add cheeses and cream. Stir well. Leave on sauté for a few minutes till cheeses melt.
