Low Carb Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole

Ingredients
1 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, salted 8 oz Cheddar Cheese 6 jumbo Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.25 cup Yellow Mustard 0.50 cup Mayonnaise, regular (mayo) 0.50 cup, chopped or diced Dill Pickles 32 oz Ground beef 1 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz) 1 cup Tomatoes - sm cherry tomatoes 16 tbsp Cream heavy 1 TBSP 10 serving Bacon - Applegate Farms Natural Sunday Bacon
Directions
Brown beef, drain and put in a large mixing bowl. Cook bacon in a separate skillet, drain and crumble. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Add onion, tomatoes, and bacon to ground beef and mix well. Place in a large casserole pan (pre-buttered) and spread evenly. Top with half of the cheese and spread evenly. In a medium bowl, whisk together heavy cream, eggs, mayo, and mustard. Stir in pickles. Add salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, garlic powder to taste. Pour over beef mixture making sure to spread it so it covers entire casserole. Top with remaining cheese and bake 35040 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes before serving.
