Ingredients
1/2 cup Coconut Oil 1/4 cup Tahini 1/4 cup Coconut Cream 2 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 tsp liquid Stevia 1 pinch Himalayan Pink Salt
Directions
gently stir coconut oil, tahini, and coconut cream over low heat until coconut oil is completely dissolved. Add salt, stevia, and vanilla extract and stir to combine. Remove from heat. Pour into silicone or paper mini cupcake molds. Freeze for at least one hour. Remove from the freezer, remove from molds, and store in the refrigerator in a ziplock bag until ready to eat.
