Spanish rice

Ingredients
2 cup Minute Rice Instant White Rice uncooked.4 cup Great Value Diced Tomatoes (in Tomato juice) (2 Cans)1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 8 oz Ground beef, lean
Directions
Brown beef and onion, drain. Add rice and 4 Cups water, cook until rice is tender. Add tomatoes and juice. Season with chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper to taste. Can make ahead and refrigerate. Put in baking dish and heat thoroughly, oven 300 approx 40 minutes. Can freeze, thaw, and heat but rice will not be firm.
