Ingredients
2 cup (not packed) Cottage Cheese, 2% Milkfat 1 cup Trader Joe's Tomato Basil Marinara 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2.5 oz Cheese - Sargento Chef Style Mozzarella Part-Skim Shredded Cheese 8 oz Barilla - Rigatoni - Dry (about 1/2 cup)
Directions
Mix all ingredients leaving aside half of grated cheese. Sprinkle half of grated cheese over top. Put water over until just coming up sides (about 1/2-3/4 c) of Pan Cover tightly w tinfoil and bake at 400 for 55 min, uncover for 10 min to brown the cheese.
