Pumpkin Spice GF Muffins

Ingredients
18 tbsp All Whites Liquid Egg White (3 Tbsp=1 large egg's white) 0.75 cup Coconut Flour (by BCANAS) 3 serving Maple Syrup - Maple Grove Farms Pure Maple Syrup (1/4 cup) 0.5 cup Libby's 100% pure canned pumpkin 1.5 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice 1 tsp Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice .75 tsp Baking Soda .125 tsp Salt .25 cup Pumpkin Seeds (whole seeds, roasted)
Directions
Combine all ingredients except the pumpkin seeds, mix well. Divide evenly among 12 lined or greased muffin cups. Top with seeds. Bake at 350* until center is set. About 25=30 minutes. Cool and enjoy.
