1 tsp Pepper, black 14 Basil 1 tsp Salt 360 Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce (tomato sauce) 80 Garlic 14 Parsley 4 tsp Better than Boullion Chicken Base 121 gram(s) Egg Whites, Simply Egg Whites (2 eggs) 60 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean
In a food processor or MAGIC BULLET, process all ingredients EXCEPT MEAT and EGG WHITES making sure mixture is processed until smooth. With gloved hands, add mixture to ground turkey until all ingredients are evenly combined. Form into 1/2 cup meatballs and add them to a large greased cookie sheet or pan. You should get 15 meatballs per pan.
Bake at 400° for 20 minutes. Lower heat to 350° and turn the meatballs. Turn the meatballs one final time and bake an additional 20 minutes - 30 minutes. Add meatballs to your favorite sauce and enjoy!
