Browned butter-pine nut sauce

Ingredients
4 tbsp Kerrygold Pure Irish Butter Unsalted 1-2 tbsp Lemon juice 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley, minced 0.25 cup Pine Nuts 0.75 oz Parmesan Cheese, hard
Directions
melt butter over medium high heat (medium if you can't keep a close watch over it). let it simmer until it starts to foam and lightly brown. (4-5 minutes).

add lemon juice, parsley, and pinenuts. continue to cook a couple minutes longer.
