Bone broth brown rice

Ingredients
1 cup Brown Rice, medium grain 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1.5 cup Bone Broth Chicken 1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
Add all ingredients to a pan with good fitting lid, then bring to a boiling over med/ high heat and reduce temp to a low simmer for 30 minutes, or until liquid broth is absorbed then serve.
