Ingredients
3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 tsp Vanilla Extract 0.5 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) Heavy Whipping Cream 1 cup Thai Kitchen Coconut Milk Unsweetened 0.1 cup Swerve Erythritol Granular low carb sweetener 10 serving(s) Liquid Stevia Drops
Directions
Whip ingredients together. Pour into 4 custard cups. Place in casserole dish and pour 1-1.5c boiling water around them. Microwave 3min, turning each cup a quarter turn every minute. Microwave another 1-3min until edges set and meddle still quivers a bit. Serving Size: Makes 4 small custard cups 0.5-0.7?c each
