Ingredients
1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 30 gram(s) Bread Crumbs, Panko (Japanese style), Kikkoman-1/2 cup, 30g 5.3 serving ( 3 oz ) Ground bison (buffalo) 1.5 serving Annie's Naturals Organic Worcestershire Sauce, 2 Tbsp 1 tsp Frank's Red Hot - Hot Sauce (by CATPAZ) 1 tsp Garlic, Granulated (Dry) (by PATFERGY)
Directions
Mix ingredients thoroughly. Divide into four patties. Spray with olive oil cooking spray if desired. Cook/grill five minutes each side. Serve with gouda or American cheese on bun.
