1.0 tsp Ginger, ground5.0 clove Garlic1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw1.5 cup Mung Beans3.0 serving Morningstar Farms Veggie Breakfast Sausage Patties (1 patty)1.5 cup brocolli slaw1.0 cup Trader Joe's Organic Brown Rice48.0 tsp braggs soy aminos
Sauté Chopped Onions with Chopped "Sausage" for 2 mins in 1 tbsp Seasame oil. Then add in munh beans and broccoli slaw. Add in half the Sauce (made with 1/2 cup soy aminos, 5 cloves minced garlic, 1 tsp ginger) cook 1 min. Add in cooked brown rice and remaining sauce. Cook 2 to 3 more minutes. Serve immediately or place filling in egg roll wrappers ans fry. Enjoy.
