Ingredients
3 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw 1.5 cup Califlower (RAW) 1.5 cup, chopped Carrots, raw .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 0.5 cup slices Beets, boiled
Directions
Chop all ingredients
Add to sauce pan with a small amount of water
Cook until done
Add Salt and pepper to taste
Mash
Enjoy
