Low calorie Chicken Salad

Ingredients
3 oz Boiled chicken leg quarter with skin, deboned and minced 2 tbsp Market Pantry Light Mayonnaise 1 serving Clausen Dill Pickles 1/2 pickle, chopped finely 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw, chopped finely
Directions
Boil chicken in water until done, then remove skin, and bones and place chicken into a bowl. Follow with mayo, chopped pickle, and chopped celery, then mix well until blended.

Serving Size: Makes 2 hearty servings over bread
