Cheddar Rye Bread, bread machine

Ingredients
1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap, plus 2 tbsp heated to 115-125F2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1.5 cup Wheat flour, white, bread, enriched, Bread Flour .5 cup Rye flour, light or dark 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese 1 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated 1 tsp Morton Iodized Salt 5 tsp Yeast fast rising ( this is an express bake, so more is needed to rise properly)3 tsp Granulated Sugar
Directions
Place all wet ingredients into the bread pan of you bread machine followed by all the dry ingredients except the yeast, which you add last after making a well into the flour with your finger.
Place bread pan into your bread machine and select the chicken express bake setting for a 1.5 lb loaf size.
