Crock Pot Chicken and Potatoes

Ingredients
3 new potaotes4 carrots2 boneless chicken breasts1 T chicken seasoning1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soupa little white or cooking wine1/4 C water
Directions
Cut carrots into 1/2 in pieces and potatoes into fourths. Place vegetables in a sprayed slow cooker. Sprinkle chicken breasts with seasoning and place on top of vegetables in slow cooker. Warm soup and 1/4 C water and pour over chicken and vegetables. Pour in wine. Cook on low for 5 to 6 hours.
