Ingredients
1.0 beet (2" dia) Beets, fresh1.0 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Carrots, raw6.0 almond Almonds1.0 tbsp Honey1.0 tbsp Flax Seed1.0 tbsp rose water1.0 tsp garam masala1.0 tbsp Gourmet Red Wine Vinegar
Directions
Combine garam masala, rose water, vinegar, and honey in a small bowl to make dressing. Peel and shred beet and carrot. Place shredded vegetables, ground flax, and chopped almonds in a medium bowl. Stir in dressing. Enjoy. Serving Size: Makes three 1/2 cup servings
