Baked almond meal donut

Ingredients
2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 cup Bob's Red Mill Almond Meal/Flour (1/4 cup is 28g) 2 tbsp Agave - Blue Agave, organic (Wholesome Sweeteners) 0.25 tsp Baking Powder 2 tsp Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol
Directions
Mix all ingredients until smooth. Fill greased donut trays half way. Bake at 300 degrees for 12-15 mins. Cool. Roll bottom in cinnamon sugar if desired. Serving Size: Makes 6 donuts
