Blueberry Oat Bran Scones

1 cup flour1 cup whole wheat flour1/4 cup oat bran1 teaspoon baking soda1 teaspoon salt1/2 cup Splenda1 stick Smart Balance Blend margarine spread1/2 cup sour cream1/2 cup whole milk1 cup fresh blueberries
Preheat oven to 400. In a medium mixing bowl, stir together flour, whole wheat flour, oatbran, baking soda and salt. Using a pastry cutter, cut the stick of margarine into the dry ingredients until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir sour cream and milk together in another bowl. Add the milk/cream mixture to the dry ingredients. Also add the blueberries at this time. Stir until moistened. Be careful not to stir too vigorously, or the blueberries will be crushed. Spoon onto baking sheet that has been prepared with a light coating of no-stick cooking spray. Makes 12 servings.
Cook in 400 degree oven until browned and cooked through (about 20 minutes).
