59.0 grams Schar Gluten Free Artisan Baker 10 Grains & Seeds Bread (2 slices)0.5 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas)2.0 serving Egg - over easy - 1 egg0.5 1tsp Olive Oil
* Toast the bread
* Divide the avocado in half
* Heat up the olive oil in a skillet
* Cook the eggs in the skillet, either sunnyside up or over easy (or medium or hard)
* Spread the divided avocado on each slice of bread
* Place one egg on top of the divided avocado
* Season with salt and/or pepper to taste (neither included in recipe)
