1 tsp Baking Soda 4 tbsp Organic Green Banana Flour 0.5 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt (by WJHUNTER) 1 tbsp Lemon juice .5 cup Butter, salted 16 tsp Monk Fruit Sweetener with Erythritol 4 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla 3 serving Organic Valley - Organic Large Brown Eggs 2 tsp Vanilla Extract 2 cup, mashed Pumpkin, cooked, boiled, drained, without salt 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground .25 tsp Nutmeg, ground .25 tsp Ginger, ground
Cream together butter and monk fruit in a saucepan. Add dry ingredients, lemon juice, and milk. Remove from heat. Add beaten eggs. Blend in vanilla, and pumpkin. Bake in greased (or buttered) pie pan at 350 degrees for about 50 minutes or until pie is well browned. Let cool completely before serving.
