Ingredients
5 cup Allen's Italian Seasoned Green Beans 3 cup sam"s choice organic beef bone broth .75 cup RO TEL No Salt Added Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies 4 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk) 1.5 tsp Oregano, ground 1 tsp Garlic powder 1 tsp Onion powder 1 serving salt & pepper to taste (by ANEWAY) 5 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, salted 4 medium slices, cooked (raw pro Bacon, pork, microwaved
Directions
First chop the uncooked bacon in .75 inch lengths and cook till done in the pan for the beans. Add the 3 cups of beef broth along with the chopped green onions. Cook all for about 5 minutes and then add the 5 cups of Italian Beans along with all other ingredients. Bring to a boil and cook slowly for 1 hour simmer. Stir occassionally. Near the end of the hour add the 5 pats of butter. Stir to blend in the butter. Keep warm until ready to serve.
