Keto Chai Latte

Ingredients
1 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, softened1 tbsp MCT oil 1 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream 1 serving Twinings Indian Spiced Chai Tea 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice
Directions
Brew strong tea. In a mug, add the softened butter, MCT Oil, cream and pie spice. Add the hot tea & let it sit for a minute to melt the butter. Blend together with a milk frother for approx. 20 seconds.
I transfer mine to a larger glass jar and use a hand blender for a minute, though I think a frother would be better. Then pour it into my mug. Enjoy!
