Carrot Cake Cookies

Ingredients
Canola Oil, 3/8 cupHoney, 1/2 cupEgg, 1Vanilla Extract, 1 tspFlour, whole grain, 1 cup*Flour, white, 1 cupBaking Powder, 2 tspSalt, .5 tspCinnamon, 1 tspNutmeg, 1/2 tspAllspice, 1/2 tspCarrots, raw, 1 3/4 cup, gratedPecans, chopped, 1/4 cupRaisins, 1/4 cup
Directions
Mix oil and honey together
Add egg and beat well.
Blend in vanilla.
In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, salt and spices
Add the wet ingredients and mix well.
Stir in carrots, pecans and raisins
Drop the mixture, by teaspoon, on greased baking sheets. Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes and cool on racks.
