1 dash Salt 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 Tbsp. Applesauce, unsweetened 1 tsp Baking Powder 1/2 cup Buttermilk 1/2 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 3 tsp Splenda Granulated
Mix all ingredients well while waffle iron is heating. Pour batter into waffle iron, cook until brown (most waffle irons have an auto shut off feature)
