Beef Noodle Pie

Ingredients
Ingredients (base)1 lb Minced Extra Lean Ground Beef1/4 cup of Chopped Onion3 Tbsp. Flour1 pkg. (1 3/4 oz.) Beef Noodle Soup MixA bit of Onion Soup Mix3 cups of Water1 cup of Ketchup1/8 tsp. of pepper2 cups of Cooked Vegetables (frozen, canned or leftovers)Ingredients (Pastry)2 cups of flour2 (1/2 cup) squares of butter2 tsp. of baking powderCold water - Enough to make a soft dough. Your dough needs to be a nice consistency to be able to roll it out.
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Saute meat and onion until meat loses red colour. Stir in 3 tbsp. flour. Gradually stir in soup mixes, water, ketchup, pepper. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thicken.

Mix in vegetables. Place in large rectangle casserole dish. Cover with pastry and seal edges. Slit top to allow steam to escape. Bake 20 - 25 minutes or until brown.
