1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 dash Pepper, black 4 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw 2 tsp johnnys seasoning salt (by MAMAPUDER) 2 serving Garlic Salt, Lawrys (1/4 tsp)
Directions
fry all ingredients (EXCEPT onion) over med heat
add onion when potatoes are half done
