Low Carb Cheese ad Bean Burritos

Ingredients
10 serving Mama Lupe's, 7-inch Low-Carb Tortilla 28 oz contadina crushed tomatoes with garlic (by ALBUGG) 425 gram(s) Black Soy beans - Eden Organic (by MARIUSCOSMOS) 2 clove Garlic 1 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers) 10 oz Cabot Sharp Naturally Aged Cheddar Cheese - Vermont white cheddar
Directions
Spray pan and saute the minced garlic and chopped bell pepper. Add the crushed tomatoes and black soy beans. Cook 10 minutes until thick and bubbly. Put one ounce of cheese with dollop of the bean mixture into shell and roll up. Put in oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes and eat.
