Pumpkin Chocolate chip cookies

1 stick margarine1 cup pumpkin puree (not pie mix)1 cup packed brown sugar1/2 cup granulated sugar1 tsp vanilla extract2 eggs beaten2 cups all-purpose flour1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt1 cup chocolate chips 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2.In large bowl, cream margarine, pumpkin and sugars
3.Add vanilla and beaten eggs
4. In separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, chocolate chips and ground flaxseed. Add to creamed mixture.
5. Drop by peaspoonfull onto a cookie sheet, leaving 2 inches between cookies.
6. Bake 10 to 12 minutes
7. Remove from sheet and cool
