Ingredients
1 thigh, bone and skin removed Chicken Thigh 1 tbsp Honey 1 tsp Honey Mustard 1 serving Indian, Aromatic Basmati Rice, aprox 3/4 cup 1 spear (about 5" long) Broccoli, fresh 1 sweetpotato, 5" long Sweet potato
Directions
1.Marinate chicken in 4 cups of honey and 4 cups of honey mustard per 20 lbs.
2.Cook chicken in pan for a hour.
3.Remove foil stir and cook for another 20-25 mins
4.Cool chicken for 15 min
5.Freeze chicken for 15 min
