Ingredients
3 oz Atlantic Salmon (fish) (.5 filet option = 198g) 0.25 tsp Cajun Seasoning (by KARENWP08) 1 serving Bahama Breeze, Cinnamon Mashed Sweet Potatoes 10 beans (4" long) Green Beans (snap)
Directions
1.Season salmon with 2oz of cajun seasoning.
2.Saute salmon for 7-10 min until fully cooked.
3.Cool salmon for 15 min.
4.Freeze salmon for 15 min.
