2 tbsp Butter, salted 1 cup Milk, 1% 6 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 cup, shredded Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat 4 slices Bacon - Oscar Meyer Low Sodium1/4 cup Green Onions, chopped
1. Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly grease a 8x8-inch baking dish.
2. Place bacon in a large skillet and cook over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until evenly browned. Break into bite-size pieces.
3. Beat eggs, milk, and butter in a bowl; pour into prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with onions, bacon and cheese.
4. Bake in preheated oven until a knife inserted near the centre comes out clean, 25 to 30 minutes.
