Ingredients
1 cup Fresh Shelled English Peas (1/2 cup/85 grams) 448 gram(s) Butcher Box Grass-Fed Stew Meat 4oz 112g (by NVRGIVINGUP) .5 cup Barley, pearled, raw 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw .66 cup, diced Celery, raw 0.3 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 0.16 cup Tomato Paste 3 cup Vegetable Broth 0.5 cup Peas, frozen
Directions
saute cubed beef in instant pot, add broth, 1tsp thyme nd some Worcestershire and tomato paste in instant pot
cook 10 mins with quick release, add barley and cook 10 more mins with quick release, add veggies except peas and cook 10 mins (do less next time and do quick release). Add peas, season with salt and pepper to taste and serve
