Coconut Butter balls dipped in chocolate

Ingredients
10 tbsp ARTISANA COCONUT BUTTER 1/4 cup Coconut Flakes, unsweetened Bob's Red Mill 3 ounces Lily’s sugar free dark chocolate chipsSwerve or Monk Fruit Sweetener (the measure type, not packets) - 1/4 cup
Directions
Soften the coconut butter in the microwave or in a pan of warm water until it stirs easily.

Measure out the coconut butter into a bowl. Stir in sweetener.

Shape into 12 balls. Roll in coconut flakes, then put in freezer for an hour.

Melt chocolate chips in microwave, then dip one half of coconut ball into the chocolate. Put on wax paper coconut side down and let chocolate set before eating.
