Ingredients
0.5 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia) Cabbage, fresh 4 medium Carrots, raw 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 1 clove Garlic 400 grams Canned Tomatoes 3 tbsp Olive Oil 1 tbsp Salt 0.5 tsp Pepper, black 0.5 tsp Thyme, fresh 1 tbsp Honey 9 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
Chop onion and garlic Fry onion and garlic in oil until soft Chop cabbage and carrots and tomato Add all other ingredients For vegan option replace honey with Silan (date honey) Heat until boiled Cook on low hit for 60 minutes Serving Size: Make 5 large bowls of soup
