Cabbage Roll Soup

16 oz Ground beef, lean 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 tsp Garlic 4 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh 4 cup Beef Broth - Swanson Low Sodium 3 cup Tomato Sauce 3.5 serving Birds Eye Cauliflower Rice (3/4 C / 82g) 1 tsp, crumbled Bay Leaf 1 tbsp Garlic powder 9 tsp unpacked Brown Sugar 2 tsp ground cinnamon
Cook ground beef in large pot over medium high heat. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cook until beef is browned (4-5 min); Add the onion and garlic and cook for 2-3 min. Add the cabbage, beef broth, tomato sauce, cauliflower, bay leaf, brown sugar, and cinnamon to the pot. Bring to simmer and cook for 25 min - or until cauliflower is tender. Remove bay leaf & discard.
