4 clove Garlic 14 gram(s) Avocado Oil - Chosen Foods - 1 TBSP 4 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk) 0.50 tbsp Trader Joe's Toasted Sesame Oil 4 cup Market side kale slaw salad 1 oz Peanuts, all types, dry-roasted (with salt) 12 tsp Coconut Secret Raw Coconut Aminos Soy-Free Seasoning Sauce (5 mL) (by PKNPAM21) 1 block Tofu, firm
Heat avocado oil in a large saute pan over medium-high heat. Add garlic and ginger. Saute for about a minute, until fragrant.
Add tofu and break up. Season with sea salt and black pepper. Cook until browned, about 7-10 minutes.
Reduce heat to medium. Add the coleslaw mix and coconut aminos. Stir to coat. Cover and cook for about 5 minutes, until the cabbage is tender.
Remove from heat. Stir in the toasted sesame oil and green onions.
Serving Size: 4
