Ingredients
3.0 cup Great Value Shredded Hash Browns8.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw2.0 serving Jones all naturual fully coooked turkey sausage0.75 serving Bacon - Applegate Farms Natural Sunday Bacon4.0 tbsp Fat free half and half0.1 cup Potato flour
Directions
Cook meat in a pan. Pour in half & half with a cup of water. Whisk in potato flour salt & pepper to taste. Cook till thickened. Layer hash browns on bottom of casserole dish, sausage & bacon. Beat eggs & pour over top. Bake 350 for approx 1 hour.
