Ingredients
2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tbsp Fish Sauce 0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 oz Shrimp, cooked 3 medium Mushrooms, fresh 1 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk)
Directions
Mix everything together, pour into bowl, place bowl into boiling water. Cover with lid. Cook for 10-12 minutes
