Wendy's Vegetable Chili

Ingredients
2 cup Beans, red kidney 2 cup Beans, pinto 2 cup Tomato Sauce 0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 cup RO TEL No Salt Added Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 2 cup Canned Tomatoes 0.5 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers) 1 tsp Cumin seed 2 tbsp Chili powder 1 tsp Pepper, black
Directions
1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat; drain off the fat.

2. Using a fork, crumble the cooked beef into pea-size pieces.

3. In a large pot, combine the beef plus all the remaining ingredients,

and bring to a simmer over low heat. Cook, stirring every 15 minutes,

for 2 to 3 hours.
