Cauliflower root vegetable pancakes

Ingredients
1 cup cauliflower, raw .25 sweet potato, 5" long Sweet potato .2 cup, chopped onions, raw 3 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Potato Starch
Directions
Use food processor to chop first three ingredients to 1/8-1/4 inch pieces. Combine with potato starch in bowl. Saute 3 inch patties in ghee until tender and crispy on outside. Season with salt, pepper and chili powder (optional) to taste.
