Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients
0.25 cup (30 gram) Cacao Powder 12 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Original8 tbsp Chia Seeds 0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract 1.5 tbsp Maple Syrup 2 tbsp Buckwheat Honey0.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground pinch of salt
Directions
In mixing bowl, add cacao powder (sifted) maple syrup, ground cinnamon, salt and vanilla - whisk to combine.

Add a bit of the almond milk - whisk until a paste
Add the rest of the almond milk - whisk to combine

Add chia seeds - whisk once more to combine.

Cover and refigerate overnight. But make sure to whisk after 15 minutes in fridge to stop clumping!
