Ingredients
2 tbsp Lime Juice, juice of 1 lime 1 tsp Chili powder 1/5 tsp Oregano, ground 1 tsp Cumin seed 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper (Ground) 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1/4 tsp Kosher Salt (by 65PLUS1) 1/4 tsp Pepper, black 24 oz turkey breast tenderloin
Directions
combine all ingredients accept turkey. pour mixture over turkey in a baking dish and let sit for 30 minutes, turning every few minutes. bake at 350 for about an hour.
