Egg Muffins

Ingredients
15 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1/3 cup cold water1 serving Red Bell Pepper, chopped (one medium pepper) 12 serving Green Onion, chopped (fresh-1 stalk) .5 cup Crystal Farms Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat eggs with water. On baking sheet, place 15 silicone cupcake liners. fill each cupcake liner with 1/2 Tbsp of chopped red pepper and 1/2 Tbsp chopped green onion. Sprinkle cheese in each of the liners. Fill with egg mixture. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Let cool.
