Ingredients
Hunts Petite Diced Tomatoes1 sm. garlic clove1/2 tsp cumminl small chopped onion16 oz. talipia16 oz shrimp16 oz scallops (100/200 per lb.)1/4 cup salsa
Directions
Mix tomatoes, garlic, cummin, water to thin, and onion in a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Add seafood once it is boiling and cook until all the seafood is perfect. (about 15 minutes). Add salsa about 5 minutes before it is done. Approximately 10 servings.
