Pinapple Salsa Chicken and Rice

Ingredients
4 Chicken Breast skinnless2 cups of minute brown rice2 cups of water1 cup of pineapple salsaSalt and Pepper to tastePam
Directions
spray skillet with pam, salt and pepper chicken
brown chicken on high for 3 minutes on each side. In cassarole add rice and water, place browned chicken on top and add salsa. Cover and back for 20 minutes at 375 degrees. Makes 4 servings. Enjoy
